Our diversified e-commerce business boasts a unique, unified technology platform that operates fifteen websites. This allows us to cross promote both members and products across multiple websites and devices.

Lux Group has developed its own bespoke technology platform which is able to cater to a wide range of products. We use market-leading personalisation techniques to properly target products with our six million strong customer database to ensure the highest possible conversion rates. In addition, Lux Group uses desktop, mobile, iOS and android applications across the Group to ensure a maximum number of purchasers are able to access and buy products from the sites.

As a business, we partner with both local vendors as well as global brands. In our travel vertical, we work with award-winning luxury hotel groups such as Hilton, Hyatt, Starwood and Marriott, and in our product vertical we work with leading brands such as Wedgewood, Florence Broadhurst, Samantha Wills and Calvin Klein.
